biopartnering.com is interactive partnering software that will enable you to find and contact potential partners weeks before, during and after Symbiosis. By using the system, you will be able to see who is attending the event and request a meeting with them. When a meeting request is confirmed, biopartnering.com will automatically schedule the meeting for you during a mutually convenient time and assign you to a designated meeting space.

Partnering Timeline

12 August to 16 September: One-to-one meeting scheduling takes place
13 to 16 September: 14th European Congress on Biotechnology
The partnering will take place daily, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Gain access to biopartnering.com is very easy. After select your registration fee the following table will be shown in your screen:

First, you have to select the number of attendees, and after that you click in add. Academic organization members, please select the “Partnering Academic” option. All other industry members please select the “Partnering Industry” option.

Then once payment has been received and processed, you will receive an email from biopartnering.com with your username and password.

Once logged in, you will be able to do the following:

Upload a company profile to provide information about what your company does and what it hopes to achieve by attending the event.
Search and identify the best companies to partner with using the advanced and quick searches. You will be able to save your searches so that the system automatically reruns them each time you login.
Set your meeting availability to instruct the system at what times you are able to meet with potential partners. The system will use the information to schedule your confirmed meeting requests.
Submit meeting requests to your potential partners and receive meeting requests from other delegates hoping to meet with you. You will then be able to confirm or decline their invitations.
When a meeting request is confirmed, the system will find a meeting time and space based on your common availabilities.
Print a copy of your scheduled meetings. Just refer the schedule when onsite, it will inform you who you are meeting, when and where.

Three days of networking can be daunting, for that reason biopartnering.com will be available to you for up to one month after the conference for follow-up with those you met or might have missed.
